Our dental month for February 2012 was so successful that it ran into the month of March! To help our clientele, this year we will not only offer a special discount for February 2013, we will honor all appointments made in February 2013 if we run out of surgery appointments for February. When a pet is older than 2 years, has offending breath and or never had a dental, a dental examination and consultation is required to allow the doctor to give an accurate estimate. Another benefit in having a doctor perform an exam is that oral infections can lead to other organ problems including heart problems and a doctor can help address that issue as well.
Our dental surgeries have different grades on which the price is based on. If you have not been in recently for a visit, you may call and schedule an exam and we will give you an estimate for a dental grade for your pet. The doctor may also take the opportunity to begin antibiotics before hand if needed. Our dental surgeries include pre-anesthetic exam, pre-anesthetic blood work, IV catheterization, Iv fluids, EKG and blood pressure monitoring, pulseoximeter and anesthetic nursing during the procedure, a pain management package for the procedure, pain medications to go home when needed (for your pets comfort), antibiotics when needed, and digital dental x-rays.
